Gear World

Gear World is the new industrial gear manufacturing project launched by the Carraro Group and was created with the idea of promoting the autonomous growth of its component business worldwide.

With a turnover topping 220 million euros, 1600 workers split between the eight facilities located in Italy, the United States, Argentina, India and China, Gear World can now offer a wide range of products to meet the needs of various different fields of application: from driveline systems for earthmoving machinery to the same systems for wind generators and railway applications; from automotive applications to material handling; from professional power tools to gardening equipment.

The impressive customer portfolio contains some of the leading industrial groups from each individual field across the globe, such as: Black&Decker, Bosch-Rexroth, BT, Caterpillar, Claas, Comesa, Comau, Ferrari, Gamesa, General Electric, GKN, Hilti, Husqvarna, John Deere, Liebherr, Magna, Makita, Man, Moto Guzzi, Naf, Scania, Skf, Valtra, Voith and Volvo.
