Production

Gear World is capable of offering a wide range of gear systems, components and assembled units with a vast application scope which includes construction equipment, agricultural machines, cars, commercial vehicles, two-wheel vehicles, power tools, garden equipment, railway and industrial applications, for wind and in particular for wind and solar energy.

More specifically, across its 8 production plants, Gear World manufactures steel gears from 10 to 800mm in diameter, both cylindrical and conical up to quality class DIN 5 (AGMA 12). Gear World also uses sinterisation technology with iron base powder for the production of all gear types and shapes through a wide range of processes and using presses weighing up to 500 tonnes.
